We offer fast delivery throughout Sweden within 5–7 business days. You can also pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. At checkout, you choose the date and delivery method: pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm, get delivery to a DHL service point for SEK 90, or choose home delivery for SEK 399.

The price shown is the monthly price for the minimum rental period you choose (e.g. 3+, 6+ or 12+ months). The "+" means that the subscription is renewed automatically once the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be cancelled at any time with no commitment. You can easily change or cancel your subscription in your customer account.
Your subscription starts on the delivery date you choose. The first monthly fee is paid when you order. After that, the fee is charged every month, starting one month after the delivery date.
Damage, wear & repair

We maintain and repair damage caused by normal use at no extra cost.
If you add Parently Damage Protection, we also cover damage that can occur with more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handlebar or broken wheels. Read more about the damage protection and our view on use and care.
Returns & exchanges
Returns & exchanges
You can easily return (SEK 90 per label) or swap your product in your customer account or by contacting us. A fee of SEK 249 applies to swaps.

- Select the minimum rental period (e.g. 6+ months).
- At checkout, choose your delivery method and desired delivery date.
- Pay the first rental fee directly when ordering. Thereafter, you pay monthly.
- Use the product for as long as you wish, and if your needs change, you can always switch to another product.
- Once the minimum rental period you selected has passed, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
