Flexible Rental Options

We offer different rental durations to fit your situation:

a) Longer rentals (from 3 months up to many months or even years): Ideal if you want to make the product part of your everyday life.

b) Short-term rentals (up to 2 months): Perfect for travel, visiting guests, or temporary needs. Just look for products marked "short term."

Easy Cancellation

After the minimum rental duration, you can cancel at any time through your customer portal. You'll get clear return instructions automatically 30 days before your planned end date.
Short commitments, more freedom – so you can adapt when life changes.

Subscription Extension Options

Need it a bit longer? No problem.
Once your minimum period ends, your rental continues month to month, without any extra steps or added costs. Just keep using your product as long as you need it.

Frequently asked questions

What if I don't know how long I want to rent?

If you're unsure how long you'll need the product, we recommend starting with a shorter rental period. After the initial term, you can cancel at any time with just one month's notice.

How do I return the product?

You can return the product via a DHL agent or directly to our warehouse in Sollentuna.

What is the last day to return my product?

If you're returning by post, the product must be sent no later than on the last day of your subscription and arrive at Parently’s warehouse within 3 days.
If you're returning it in person, it must be returned to our warehouse no later than on the last day of your rental period.
Otherwise, a new rental month will start automatically.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew every month. You can still return the product at any time.
