When you use your rented products intensively, damages can sometimes occur. With Parently's Care Damage Coverage this is covered up to 7000 SEK. Examples are: broken handle bars, broken wheels / broken suspensions
What is not covered: Extreme cases caused by improper use – for example, a melted chassis because the stroller was placed too close to a fireplace, or a lost product during travel – are not covered and would result in additional charges.
Additional notes:
- Wear and tear – such as scratches that don’t affect normal use or textiles that have faded in the sun – is included in the regular rental fee and does not require Damage Coverage.
- You need to choose damage protection per product you want to protect, not per order!
