Parently Outlet FAQ
What condition are Parently Outlet products in?
What condition are Parently Outlet products in?
All products sold through Parently Outlet are refurbished.
They may previously have been part of the Parently rental service, returned by another customer, used as display items, or otherwise handled or used before being offered for sale.
This means you should expect normal signs of previous use, such as scratches, marks, discoloration, or other cosmetic imperfections. We do not use different cosmetic condition grades. Instead, our focus is on whether a product is functional, complete, and suitable for continued use.
We believe that a few scratches shouldn’t stop a good product from having another life.
Are Parently Outlet products professionally checked?
Are Parently Outlet products professionally checked?
Yes. Before a refurbished product is offered for sale, it goes through our refurbishment process.
Depending on the product, this includes inspection, cleaning, checking functionality and relevant components, and replacing parts where needed.
We invest in spare parts, access to replacement components, tools, processes, and training for our team. This allows us to maintain and refurbish products rather than unnecessarily replacing them.
Cosmetic signs of wear that do not affect the product’s intended use may remain.
Can I return a Parently Outlet product?

Refurbished means that a product has had a previous life and has been prepared for continued use.
It may previously have been rented through Parently, returned by a customer, displayed, opened, or otherwise used or handled.
Our goal when refurbishing is not to make every product look new. We focus our efforts and resources on functionality, cleanliness, completeness, maintenance, and relevant safety aspects.
That means scratches, marks, and other cosmetic signs of previous use may remain.
